Since 2012, Melissa’s career has unfolded at the intersection of adrenaline and precision. She began as an EMT at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, then led rescue operations—earning certifications in motor-vehicle, rope, and confined-space rescue—while earning her nursing degree. Transitioning to cardiac critical care, she excelled in the ICU Float Pool and Rapid Response Team, becoming board-certified in critical care, trauma, and emergency nursing.
Today, Melissa channels over eight years of front-line expertise into MAR Nursing Solutions. As founder and lead instructor, she delivers American Heart Association–certified courses—from Basic Life Support to Advanced Cardiac Life Support—infusing every session with real-world insight and unwavering empathy. Her mission is simple: empower teams with the skills and confidence to save lives when every second counts.
